BIO

Nathan Alexander has contributed original music to films, television, international ads, and music education programs. He is currently a member of renowned film composer and electronic artist Brian Tyler’s in-house team.

Nathan lives for Sci-Fi novels from the mid-20th Century, shoegaze + psychedelic rock, chess, and is an AMM ordained minister. He has seen 127 Phish shows, but don't hold that against him.

'The real story is that I never thought I'd know half the things I know now, and the only thing I know for sure is that guessing at the future is like trying to color in a black & white photo with your mind.

As a kid I never thought I'd be able to read music, let alone write it for film. At some point between dreaming and living, I ended up with a Master of Music in Screen Scoring from USC. That piece of paper doesn't mean much to anyone except me, but if you can take anything away from that, it's this:

The difference between a dream and reality is you.'
